GHK-Cu 100mg

GHK-Cu 100mg

$105.00

GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) is a naturally occurring tripeptide — Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine — complexed with copper ions. Found naturally in human plasma, saliva, and urine, GHK-Cu declines significantly with age, which has made it a focal point in longevity, skin rejuvenation, and anti-ageing research. X-Fuel GHK-Cu is supplied at 100mg per vial — a high-capacity format for serious researchers and users running extended protocols. Its breadth of studied activity, from collagen synthesis to gene expression regulation affecting hundreds of genes, makes GHK-Cu one of the most multifaceted compounds in the biohacking toolkit.

GHK-Cu 100mg — Ultra-Purity Research Grade

What Is GHK-Cu?

GHK-Cu is the copper complex of the tripeptide Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine. It occurs naturally in human biology — plasma concentrations run around 200ng/mL at age 20, dropping to approximately 80ng/mL by age 60. This age-related decline has positioned GHK-Cu at the centre of longevity and skin-ageing research.

The peptide was first identified by Loren Pickart in the 1970s and has since accumulated a substantial body of research covering tissue repair, anti-inflammatory activity, antioxidant effects, nervous system function, and wound healing.

X-Fuel’s GHK-Cu is supplied at 100mg per vial — a high-dose format suited to extended research protocols and users who have moved beyond entry-level quantities.

Why the Community Uses It

GHK-Cu has a uniquely broad profile of studied activity:

Skin & Collagen Research

GHK-Cu is perhaps best known for its studied role in skin biology. Research has explored its influence on collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, skin tightening and firming, and dermis thickness. It has also been studied in the context of wound contraction and skin repair following UV damage.

Hair Follicle Research

A significant body of research exists on GHK-Cu and hair follicle enlargement, follicle stimulation, and hair loss reduction pathways — making it popular among biohackers exploring hair regrowth protocols.

Gene Expression

Researcher Loren Pickart’s later work documented GHK-Cu’s remarkable influence on gene expression — with studies suggesting it modulates expression of over 4,000 human genes, including upregulation of antioxidant and tissue repair genes, and downregulation of genes associated with inflammation and cancer progression.

Neurological Research

Emerging research has explored GHK-Cu in the context of nerve regeneration and neuroprotection — an area of growing interest in longevity communities.

Mechanism of Action

GHK-Cu’s broad activity is attributed to several mechanisms: it activates proteasome pathways for cellular cleanup, modulates TGF-beta signalling (central to collagen production), promotes nerve growth factor synthesis, and acts as a potent antioxidant through its copper binding.

Administration Approaches

GHK-Cu is researched both systemically (subcutaneous injection when reconstituted) and topically (dissolved into carrier solutions for transdermal application). The 100mg vial format provides flexibility for both approaches. Topical GHK-Cu has a well-documented research history in dermatology, and its use in cosmetic peptide formulations is widespread.

Reconstitution & Storage

Dissolve in sterile or bacteriostatic water for injectable research use. For topical preparations, dissolve in an appropriate carrier (distilled water, DMSO solutions, etc.). Store unreconstituted at 2–8°C. Reconstituted solutions should be refrigerated and used within 30 days.

Storage Information

Refrigerate at 2–8°C away from light. GHK-Cu is relatively stable in powder form. Reconstituted solutions should be stored refrigerated and used within 30 days.

Usage & Reconstitution

For injectable research: reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. For topical research: dissolve in distilled water or appropriate carrier. The blue-green colour of the solution is normal — it reflects the copper complex.
