RAD-140 works by selectively binding to androgen receptors in muscle and bone tissues, similar to testosterone. However, unlike traditional anabolic steroids, RAD-140 has a higher affinity for muscle and bone tissue and a lower affinity for other tissues, such as the prostate. This selectivity is believed to reduce the risk of certain side effects commonly associated with anabolic steroids, such as prostate enlargement and hair loss.
