What Is GLOW?

GLOW is a 70mg lyophilised research blend combining three of the most well-characterised tissue repair peptides available. GHK-Cu is the lead compound at 50mg — the copper-binding tripeptide that modulates over 4,000 human genes related to collagen, elastin, angiogenesis, and anti-ageing. BPC-157 (10mg) drives angiogenesis through VEGFR2 and provides cytoprotection across multiple tissue types. TB-500 (10mg) is the systemic repair mobiliser — promoting cell migration, reducing inflammation, and supporting vascular repair through its actin-regulatory mechanism. Together they hit angiogenesis, matrix remodelling, and inflammation control simultaneously.

GHK-Cu — 50mg (The Matrix Remodeller)

GHK-Cu is the highest-volume component because it provides the broadest biological foundation. This copper-binding tripeptide is naturally present in human plasma and declines with age — declining levels track with reduced collagen production, slower wound healing, and loss of skin elasticity. Research shows it upregulates collagen I, III, and IV synthesis, drives elastin and glycosaminoglycan production, promotes angiogenesis through copper-dependent signalling, and modulates over 4,000 genes including those governing inflammation, DNA repair, and cellular survival.

BPC-157 — 10mg (The Angiogenic Driver)

The most extensively researched repair peptide in preclinical literature. BPC-157 promotes new blood vessel formation through VEGFR2 upregulation and FAK-paxillin signalling — bringing blood supply and nutrients to the repair site. It also enhances fibroblast and tenocyte migration at injury sites, supports gastrointestinal mucosal integrity, and shows cytoprotective effects across multiple tissue types. It’s the angiogenic engine of the GLOW blend.

TB-500 — 10mg (The Cell Mobiliser)

TB-500 (the active Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) works systemically — it finds damaged tissue regardless of injection site by promoting cell migration through actin dynamics regulation. It drives endothelial tube formation and progenitor cell mobilisation, while simultaneously modulating NF-κB-related cytokines to reduce the inflammatory signalling that slows repair. Where BPC-157 builds the blood supply, TB-500 mobilises the repair cells to use it.

GLOW vs KLOW — What’s The Difference?

GLOW (GHK-Cu 50mg + BPC-157 10mg + TB-500 10mg) and KLOW (GHK-Cu 50mg + BPC-157 10mg + TB-500 10mg + KPV 10mg) share the same three-peptide core. KLOW adds KPV — the alpha-MSH-derived anti-inflammatory peptide that specifically inhibits NF-κB. GLOW focuses on the repair and remodelling triad. KLOW adds a fourth targeted anti-inflammatory layer. Choose GLOW for tissue repair and skin/connective tissue remodelling research; choose KLOW when chronic inflammation control is a key variable.

Storage & Handling

Store lyophilised GLOW at −20°C. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water by adding solvent gently down the vial wall — do not shake. Refrigerate at 2–8°C post-reconstitution. Aliquot for extended storage at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
